We seem to answer this question around here every night.  There are these programs called iPod managers.  There are tons of them.  Too many to list here.  But you can find them by searching Majorgeeks.com, Download.com, Tucows.com just to name a few good software download sites.  Read the descriptions carefully, All will do audio, not all will do video, and very few will do Photos.
