IPOD failure, help please........?

My iPOD failed when I was updating it, now the screen in pitch black and it won't respond when I plug it to the charger or USB. I tried reseting it by pressing the center and menu buttons, but it did not work. Any advice and possible solutions would be very, very helpful right now. Thank you all.

I would call apple, or visit there website. TEchnical support is probably your best answer, and its not to hard. If they cant get it working, and wont take it back, or you dont have the money to repair it, then you might try this website:
