Question

ok my ipod isnt working anymore the screen is frozen ive tried EVERYTHING possible i bought it from walmart but lost the receipt can i still exchange it for another?

oh and i have the two year warranty and bought it last year

this is how you can unfreeze an ipod!! hold the menu button down at the same time hold the circle!

it happened to my friend...re set it!!

when you reset it how long do u hold it. try it and slowly count to 10. otherwise let the battery die and see what happens. If nothing else works contact apple.

I have a ipod ,too.I would be repaired in the ipod shop if my ipod have any problems.
