IPSP!!!! PLEASE!!!? I've tried so many time!?

Question

can someone show me how to put ipsp on my psp!! i just can't. i've download it on 'easy download' Then i've put it in the PSP/COMMON/ folder. After that i've gone in the file:/PSP/COMMON/ipsp/index.html but it says "cannot show content" What must i do!!???

NOTE:

i've done everything, enable flash player, delete cookies and cache, enable WMA, etc...

i have also the latest software

Please help me!!
