IPhone 3g screen busted.?

Question

Okay I dropped my iPhone really hard on concrete. When I picked it up the front was totally busted. The glass was shattered. At first it did work then after sending a text message it turned off and has not turned on since. Do you think it's the digitalizer that is broken or maybe something way more serious. Because if it could be just the screen I'm going to buy a new one and I don't want to waste my money if it won't work.

Hmmm, sounds like you need a new phone.  

Even if you had purchased the 2 year service plan, I don't know if that covers you dropping your phone on concrete.

Buy a nice protective case for your phone, and protect your investment.
