IPhone Apps HELP!!?!!?

Ok well I am trying to add a few new apps I bought for my iPhone but when I click the applications tab it looks like this

  1. call apple, contact apple, go the the apple store, or email apple. they can probably easily help you to fix it, or replace your iphone. sorry about your problem though. good luck!!!
