IPhone Question! To the At& experts.?

Well i had a iphone for about 6 months. I had recently brought a blackberry curve off eBay, so all i did was switched the sims card.

but now i want to give my sister my iphone. Can i just switch her sims card into my old iphone. Do i have to get a plan for her. Can i block the internet?

You can switch the sim card to the iphone. Hers must be the AT&T or unless it has been unlocked to accept all network. You can blocked the internet by taking the profile of the gprs connection away. But u cannot stop the user access internet as she can still use the wi-fi which cannot be blocked as long there is signal available.
