IPhone and iPod Touch owners PLZ help???

Question

I'm wondering if it would be better for me to get an iPod touch or an iPhone or if I should get a PocketPC. I've had a PocketPC before, and I want something with similar functionality, and I thought the iPod Touch looks really good. Does it have PDA functionality and is it easy to install 3rd party software? Should I wait for its price to come down like the iPhone? Is the media playing function too prominent that it detracts from potential pda and other use?

I prefer iphone than itouch
