IPod Help! My iPod is stuck on screen only showing the "Apple" Sign....

Question

I've tried everything, charging it, plugging it into iTunes BUT the Apple sign is still appearing and it won't do anything else. What should I do?

For a troubleshoot exercise to reset your ipod you must first switch your ipod on hold for a few seconds then switch it back, only then do you hold down the middle and menu buttons at the same time. <this normally works for me>.

I would try taking it into an Apple store, or if you still have a warrenty on it, return it. Or I believe apple has a help phone number, I'm not sure what it is though, but I think it might be on the apple website.

there is one thing you can do to reset it hold down the menu button and the middle button (the top button and the middle) for like 15 seconds and if nothing has changed you i pod is shot and you can no longer use which means you will need to buy a new one

hold the middle buton and menu and it will reset(you wont lose anything) and if that doesent call apple

let the battery run down then plug into your computer this should fix it next time make sure you tell which kind of ipod you have
