I cannot get anything on my iPod. I've restored, then renamed. All the songs are in my iTunes- I drag them to "My iPod" and then I get an error (-64). Tried to reset and do the troubleshoot by pressing Rew, FF, Menu and the action button, but no defrag or anything happen. No check mark or grinning face. When its plugged into the computer a box comes up with a "continue without scan" and a "Scan for problems" Or whatever.. 2 different boxes I can click on... Is that where I want to be??
