IPod Nano 3RD GEN messed up. ?

Question

Ok, well my iPod nano 3rd gen. had about a quarter of full battery and suddenly shut off. When i got home, i plugged it into the computer and about 30 minutes after, it still didn't come on and iTunes never popped up. Please someone tell me what to do .

try resetting it:

hold down the menu and middle button for like 5 secs.

reset it press menu and the center buttons at the same time until the apple appears
