IPod Nano 3rd Genereation Help!

Question

My iPod won't display videos anymore.

The thumbnails don't show up and I go to play the videos and it's black.

I tried to reset it, but it's not working...

Unless I am reseting it wrong?

Hi. I am an owner of an ipod 3rd gen, and I havn't experienced this problem yet. However I can assume that you may need to "restore it", to do this simply connect your ipod to your computer, then open iTunes, finally click on the ipod at the side and select restore. dont worry about losing tracks on your ipod as they will sync straight back onto it.
