IPod Nano Gen.3 Unclickable Buttons?

Question

I was listening to my ipod for about 45 minutes and then all of the sudden, my buttons wouldn't work. Its brand new, I haven't dropped it, got it wet, or gotten dirt or sand inbetween the buttons. The wheel still works, it isn't on hold, but the menu buttons, the "skip" buttons, and the select button won't work! Please help! It's still under warrenty, so if worst comes to worst, I can get a new one.

Please help me fix this!

If it's frozen then you can hold down the menu button for like 15 seconds to reset. what do you mean the wheel works, you can actually scroll?

I had the exact same problem with the same buttons, its probably a firmware defect, after the 1.1.3, mine started working again,

if u mean it has frozen, then hold ur select button and menu together until u get an apple piccy it might just need re-booting
