IPod Touch 2.0.1 Problem!!!?

Question

Hi, my iPod Touch is stuck on the Apple Logo for like a whole day now.

Ummm, I used the free way to update to 2.0 (does it affect my iPod?), and several days ago I updated it to 2.0.1, and since yesterday it's stuck on the logo.

When I plug it in the iTunes doesn't recognize or says "error connecting".

It started for like several seconds and it showed the battery 'red' and I tried to charge it but the logo came up again.

Anyone have the same problem? How can I solve it, help PLEASE!!!

you have to restore your iPod. if it says error just keep doing it.and it will automatically download the most recent version of iTunes
