IPod Touch - HELP!!!!

Omg HELP PLEASE! i went on www.ziphine.org And Downloaded The File To Jail Break My IPod, I Downloaded It, When It Downloaded I Was Trying To Put In On My IPod, And Its Only Meant To Take 5Mins Once the Whire riting Cums Up On the Black Screen, But I Unplugged It after Waiting Two Hours. And Now, My IPod Dont Do Anything, It Just Says ; BSD root : md0, major 2, minor 0 About 20 Times! How Can I Get My IPod Back To Normal? PLEASE HELP! Remember, 10 Points Best Answer!

First, reset the iPod. Hold the power and home keys at the same time and the iPod will reset.

See if it turns on. If it does, connect it to iTunes and pick "Restore" from the iPod info page.

If it doesn't turn on properly, you need to do a DFU force restore. To do this, make sure you have the most recent version of iTunes. Turn off the iPod completely. Plug in the cable and hold the home key. Keep holding it until you see a connect to iTunes screen (it takes a couple minutes and you might see a white screen for a while). If it's frozen, then hold then connect cable and press home and power keys until you see the apple logo, then keep holding the home button.

Once it connects to iTunes, it can take another few minutes and Windows will make a lot of noises while it connects, iTunes will restore it for you.

Once restored, you're done. It's working again. You'll need to resync your music.
