IPod Touch Scam!!!!! Help!!!???

Hi,

I own an iPod Touch 16GB Black and Apple claim that an iPod Touch's screen is un-scratchable. They LIED!!!! My iPod touch recieved serious scratching after being left in my pocket. Like what the h**l!!! My Pockets are'nt flaming Metal or something!!!! What has happened to it? If anyone knows what to do or has experinced this scam then please tell me.

  1. well this happen to me because you have stuff in your pocket and when you take it out you leave stuff in there like lil pesses on metal or other c**p so yea its there fault not ours... lol there ya go good day!
