Okay, so my iPod Touch usually just goes ahead and syncs everything from my iTunes into it. But lately, it just doesn't work! My computer doesn't recognize my iPod being plugged in and my iPod won't recognize my computer! Like, it won't charge or anything. I plugged it into my other computer and it worked fine except ALL my music is on this computer! My iTunes is updated I'm sure and I've tried everything I could think of. Please help!

  1. this happens me alot

i notice it is plugged in at both ends, i just take out the usb and then put it in, do it a few times, it happens to me

  2. ive had this happen a few times before so try this:

try plugging your ipod USB cable into another USB port on your computer. If this still doesn't work, get another cord from your sibling/parent/aunt/cousin or a friend. If no one else has one then go to your local wal-mart and get one for about $20.00

If this STILL doesn't work, try another ipod from one of your friends or family. If this does work then try resetting your ipod (toggle hold button hold down MENU and CENTER button for about a minute)

And then even after you have tried everything else, have your USB ports in your computer checked or call 1-800-MYAPPLE and ask for assitance.

These should work, but if not, contact apple or your local best-buy because they sell apple products and have the geek squad support team.

hope this helps and good luck!!
