  1. u should hook it up ro ur computer then un hook it that happened to me to and thats wat i did now it works fine

  2. try to charge it if it doesn't work then let the battery die out completely then charge it. it should work cuz it happened to me once i did the same thing and it worked. if this theory doesn't work try electro man's theory

  3. all you have to do is hold the center and "menu" button at the same time. it should take about 6 seconds, and the screen will turn black, and there will be a gray apple in the center. then itll take you back to the normal ipod screen. happens to me a lot =/

  4. You will need to reset your iPod.  Most problems with the iPod can be resolved by resetting it:

    1. Connect your iPod to an iPod power adapter and plug it into a wall socket.

    2. Toggle the Hold switch back and forth to the on/off position.

    3. Press and hold both the Select and Menu buttons together for at least 6 seconds until the screen flickers off, then an Apple logo appears.

  5. Hi,

If you have an Ipod nano, Ipod video, or any other ipod with a click wheel, do this: Hold down the center button and the "menu" button at the same time until the apple logo appear on the screen. This restarts your ipod with no harm done.

If you have an Ipod Touch do this: hold down the "home" button and the screen lock button at the same time for at least 10 seconds until the apple logo appears.

    Hope this answers your question!

Post if you still can't get it to work.
