IPod movie wont work.?

Question

When i put a movie on my boyfriend's iPod it wont work.

the screen just goes white & says TV Out Enabled, please connect video accessory.

I put the same move on my iPod & it works perfectly. [The movie was Juno btw.]

So then the next day i took that same movie & took it off his iPod.

& i put Superbad on it.

& Superbad is doing the same thing.

I also put Superbad on my iPod & works.

So if you can tell me what is wrong with his iPod i would be very thankful.

Well it depends where you got the Video from. If you downloaded them illegally from like LimeWire, then it might not work on your iPod. Always get your Videos from iTunes or a digtal Copy that came with the DVD you bought from a real world store.

Check your tv setting under videos>setting>,  should be tv out=off

try the following steps:

1.open ur ipod power supply

2.go to 'Videos'

3.go to 'Video Settings'

4.change 'TV Out' to 'Off'

Go to VIDEOS then scroll down to VIDEO SETTINGS then TV OUT select OFF - then your ipod will play the video.
