IPod nano or DS for her birthday?

if i could i afford both, i'd do so, but i cna't, so which should i get for my gf for her birthday? i know she wants a DS, and she already had an mp3 player, just not an ipod, it's a cheapie little one i got her before she went on vacation this summer.... either way i'm also getting her a sweeney todd replica knife and a necklace and some flowers, possibly candy as well, but what should i get her, the ipod or the game system? oh, and the nano would have a 15 dollar itune card, the ds would be guitar hero pack with a starter kit and petz dogs or vetrnian game, cause i know she wants those games. what do u think????

Get her what you know she wants, not what you think she wants. Thus, get her the DS.

I think you should get her the DS. If you know she wants a DS, then get that for her. Man, you are a good friend to get her those things.

get her a ds! I have an ipod nano and let me tell you, its not worth the extra money then a normal mp3 player (with video or not). Why dont you just get her a Wii, its only 150 bucks. Isnt the nintendo ds the same amount (maybe 20 bucks less). I would do that. but if you are looking for something portable the nintendo ds is alot of fun and will definetely be alot more entertaining then a ipod nano (if she already has a mp3 player).

honestly, ipod nano's aren't worth the money they cost, since they don't hold very many songs.  i'd go for the ds, especially since she already has her own mp3 player.

whatever you pick i'm sure she'll love anyway : )
