IPod touch. Keep case?

Should I use a case for my iPod touch?

I am going to buy a speaker that fits in the USB part of the iPod and found out it won't fit with the rubber case that I have on it. Also it feels much thinner without the case. I don't care for scratches but should I still have a case? Answer why for best answer

I think you should because after all it is pretty expensive. Everyone I know has a case for there touch. A rubber case should have complete access over the sync port.
