IPod touch - Yay or nay?

Question

I was thinking of buying an iPod touch but i'm not sure.

Do they get alot of problems? Or are they really good?

My daughter has one and loves it, and so far she has not had any problems with it.  She has had it for about 6 months.

That's a definite YAY!  I got to play around with one of my friend's at school, and it is simply marvelous!  So responsive and my favorite part is the multi-touch integration (pinching pictures in and out to zoom).

Just wait until October if you are going to get one.  It is rumored, at Macrumors.com, that along with the MacBoook and MacBook Pro refresh in late september, there will be an iPod refresh as well, lowering the prices and possibly doubling the capacity at the new lowered prices! (e.g. instead of seeing the 16gb model at $399, we could see the price drop to $299 and then see the capacity doubled. So it would be $299 for 32GB model!!!  I can't wait for next year's buy a Mac get a free 32GB iPod Touch for free!!! :D:D:D).

Lets keep our fingers crossed!
