Question:

IPod....won't turn off....?

i've just purchased an iPod && it won't turn off when i bought it i was unaware that this was the case....i've tried all of the 'press play.....move the hold button.....press menu && the centre buttton together' but none of it has worked....anyone have any clue about these things...?? I'm thinking the scroll wheel or logic board needs replacing....but tbh i don't really have a clue....thanxx... :D

  1. Here's how you shut off an iPod usually if there is no problem with it. You hold the bottom button down and it shuts off. If there is a problem with it then take it back to the store.  


  2. Press and hold the play button. That's how you do it.

  3. maybe it came unhooked inside, it is just a wire plug into a slot, it should be obvious. if you open it up carfully and see. or you can send it to apple to have it fixed. or if you have your recipt return it for a new one.

  4. since u had just bought this ipod the right thing to do is u return it back and they will fix it or give a new one they have to

    if u wont try to open it and remove the battery then put it back again

    and check agin if u can turn it off from the play button

    if this problem persist u have to return it back

    and don't tell them that u remove the battery  

  5. You have to do a manual reboot.
