IQ of 103???

I have an iq of 103. What does that mean? and is it a bad or good score (just tell me you won't hurt my feelings)?

I got a 103 as well.  I din't think I'll be eating a bullet or anything soon, though.  I just swing to the artistic side of the scale.  I bet I can paint a portrait better than the average mathematician.  If I came up with an artistic iq test, it would be skewed toward making math people peel retarded.

I have a dream...that one day artistic people will compose the tests. blah, blah, blah...
