IQ of 113?

Question

i took an iq test and i got 113. is that good? i also want to know if age matters, so if i told you my age would it help determine how smart i am? let me know and i will post my age and you can edit your answer

100 is average 110-115 is above average

iq changes daily tho (ive tested at 123 - 139)

113 is good... especially if youre american who grew up with american education... if not then meh... if so then: GOOD JOB!

100 is average, so its good, and i think theres a different iq test for each age. i have about 132, so i know.

it depends on the kind of IQ test it is. If it was on the internet, i'm sure that it isn't 100% accurate...no offence. But if it was one of those super accurate ones, then...113 would be pretty kick A**

age doesnt matter, its hard to tell what is a "good" IQ because every IQ test is different. you could get 12 on one and 160 on another. normally, 113 is considered average intelligence. below 100 is considered belwo average intelligence and above 130 is considered gifted, but IQ tests are not very reliable to determine how "smart" you are.

my iq is 126. age doesn't matter.

Lewis Terman (1916) developed the original notion of IQ and proposed this scale for classifying IQ scores:

Over 140 - Genius or near genius

120 - 140 - Very superior intelligence

110 - 119 - Superior intelligence

90 - 109 - Normal or average intelligence

80 - 89 - Dullness

70 - 79 - Borderline deficiency

Under 70 - Definite feeble-mindedness

Age does matter. If a 16 year old did the same thing, they would be considered to have a lower IQ. 100 is an average score, and between 110 and 120 is considered bright.

113 is considered average.  Most of the population has an IQ between 85-115 (considered average). 15 points is considered a standard deviation, so 115-130 is above average, and 70-85 is below average.  So you are average, but on the high end. And it is possible to increase IQ, but it shouldn't really change with age, unless there was an accident or something.
