Who do u think should b the rugby player of the year 2009?

personally i think shane williams (i'm a springbok supporter) hahaha

even if the all blacks lose the tri nations Dan Carter has been outstanding   no other player in any other team has had the impact this season that he has had. even in their loss to Australia he was still the best player on the paddock   other hopefuls would be richie mccaw  or rocky elsom  no springboks really come close maybe schult berger

I want Dan Carter, because he is, by far, the greatest player in rugby. It will probably go to someone from Wales (probably Shane Williams, because no-one else from Wales is any good).

I think somebody definitely from the southern hemisphere in the tri nations. Either huge impact men like Richie McCaw, Dan Carter or Stirling Mortlock. Ali Williams could get the nod for his efforts this season.
