IRS Payment Arrangement Resulted in Overpayment?

Question

I have been on a payment arrangement with the IRS, and almost had them completely paid off. My stimulus check was to take care of the remaining small balance. However, the IRS apparently calculated my stimulus payment before taking into consideration my last 2 payments on the arrangement, resulting in an overpayment of around $250. Is there some process that I'll have to initiate to get than money refunded? Thanks.
