Depends on what grade and step they are.  

Most CSR are grade 8's but must go thru a couple of months of training on all aspects of IRS procedures etc.

Salaries will range from an entry level salary of $23,667 in a low wage area to $62,076 for a highly experienced top level customer service representative in a local office in a high wage area.  The rates will increase by an average of 3.9% in January.
