I WANT A VISA RUSH CARD BUT WILL IT MESS WITH MY CREDIT IN THE FUTURE AND IF I STASH MONEY ON IT AND I DON'T USE IT LIKE THAT WILL THEY ERASE MY BALANCE OR DO I HAVE A LIMITED AMOUNT OF TIME TO USE IT. PLEASE ELP

Just open a bank account it costs nothing and you get a debit card to use to access your money.
