WE HAVE ALREADY REVERSED 4 SLEEPERS FROM VIJAYAWADA TO NEWDELHI FOR 20TH MAY 2008 AND REQUIRE ONE AC RETIRING ROOM AT NEWDELHI ON 21ST MAY AND WE WISH TO RESERVE THE SAME THROUGH ONLINE BY DEBIT TO OUR CREDIT CARD. PLEASE ADVISE AVAILABILITY OF ACCOMMODATION AND PROCEDURE FOR ONLINE BOOKING OR OTHERWISE. OUR TICKET NO IS 25177578 ON TRAIN NO.2621

retiring room in not available online you have to send a letter requesting the date and also the copy of the ticket  to the dy. station master who is incharge in delhi for retiring room . or you can try in yatri nivas run by irctc at new delhi there also you cannot book online but you can call them and get booking in advance , get the yatri niwas phone number  in new delhi by sending a mail to irctc or log on to irctc.co.in. as the number i have are changed .

Retiring rooms can not be booked online. You have to speak to the Station Master of VZA who will advice you the procedure. He can route your request to New Delhi and confirm.
