Kinda. It's portraying smart teenage girls as wanting s*x instead of waiting until the time is right for sexual intercourse. Take starr from one life to live for example: She had s*x with that cole kid, but at least she chose to give her baby up for adoption when she found out that she was pregnant with his child.

I completely understand. Shows like "Gossip Girl" are portraying adults as teenagers and have those teenagers do adult things. Little girls think it is okay to get caught in s*x scandals and get drunk on a daily basis. It is truly sad what our society is beginning to come to when it's okay to watch teenage s*x on primetime and daytime television.
