IS ANYONE WORRIED ABOUT THEIR ADDITIONAL SCIENCE (21st CENTURY GCSE)??

Question

It's on Friday.

I have 4 A'S and 3 C's so far

but i seriously screwed up the last 'ideas in contest' exam because we hadn't been taught it.

i NEED TWO B'S AND I WAS WONDERING IF ANYONE ELSE WAS WORRIED??

Try not to worry about it too much. I know that sounds stupid and everyone says it. But if everyone struggles with the same exam paper, the exam board will move the grade boundaries to make the results seem better. I think that is what they are going to do with the Ideas in Context one because so many people struggled with it. It is also a new paper and has only been 'running' for 2 years, so they are going to move the grade boundaries around a lot to make it look like more candidates are passing with that course. So if you find it hard, a lot of other people will have done, and there will be more chance of the boundaries moving.

But yeah, I'm worried about it. Feel a bit better about the idea of the boundaries though.

hi im in year 10 and im also doing ocr 21st century additional science, i have a B4,C4,P4 module tomorrow. have you done it? wot did u get? im so worried its really hard! can you give me any advice?

I am. I need 2 A's to go to the sixth form i want to go to. I could have done better in ideas too :(

Ahh yeah i'm doing that too. Its on B6 C6 P6 isnt it! im actually really worried. Cos i need atleast 2 B's in core science and add science cos i want to do two sciences in 6th form.

I got two A*s in my science modules that i've done. So not too worried about science. But add science, i got two B'S in the modules i've done which is ****. And the only reason for that is cos my bloody teacher sits his **** down and does not teach us a thing. Literally, the B6 C6 P6 topics, we have not even been taught, our teacher hasnt even looked at the modules with us! im not even exxagerating :(   Proves how careless and lazy SOME teachers are.
