No... OMG, who told you that? Do you mean the character or Daniel himself? Daniel definatley isn't. Harry was dead for a while in the last book but somehow came back to life.

come on man .it is not he who is dead but an actor of Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince,Robert Knox was stabbed to death after an attempt to save his brother from a knife attack in Kent, southeast England.

The whole incident had started because of a stolen cell phone and took place at the Metro Bar in Sidcup, Kent, where besides the young actor, four other men were stabbed.
