like if u do a zig zag diet for 2 weeks, and thn u stop using tht diet, will u gain back some of the weight back tht u jus lost?
like i am 138 lbs and i jus wanna loose 6lbs so tht i can weigh 132lbs.
oh and i am a 18 year old male and i am 5 foot 10 inches or 70 inches tall.
and my BMR is 1600 calories daily.
and i jus dont wanna make my body go into starvation mode by doing this zig zag diet. cuz i have never done this kind of diet before..
like would it be better for my health and me personally to jus eat like 1500 or 1600 calories daily to loose weight so tht my body doesnt go into starvation mode?
CUZ I KNOW THT TO MANTAIN MY WEIGHT I NEED AROUND 1900 CALORIES DAILY, and when i am done loosing the 6lbs tht i need to loose i will go back to eating 1900 calories daily to mantain my weight, and i jus dont wanna go back to eating 1900 calories and start gain the weight tht i jus lost cuz my body went into starvation mode or jus got stressed out.. ya know?
so can some people help me?
