  2. its not illegal ,but you need to get an special authorisation, because in some area people dont have water to drink and you can face problem if you construct your s.f there.

    You can have a pool pretty much anywhere you want!.

  5. Would be hard to have swimming pool in a resident.  That is someone who lives in a place and they don't put swimming pools in people.  So I am assuming this is a trick question.

    Now if you are talking about whether it is legal or not to put a swimming pool in a residence in India, I don't know the answer to that.  And is a residence inside or in the yard?  it is often crowded in India and so I know of no restrictions, but I've never been to India and do not know the laws if it is a serious question.

    Sorry if  you intended to say residence as in that case I don't know.

    You have to apply and take clearance and permission from the municipal authorities in your city. The rules and fee slightly differ from city to city.
