IS IT OK FOR DOGS TO EAT TREE BARK??????????

I WAS OUT SIDE WITH MY BEAGLE AND GRANDKIDS AND MY BEAGLE WAS EATTING A STCK TAKING THE BARK OFF IS THIS GOOD FOR THEM??????

I suppose if you have to, if you can't afford regular dog food, you could feed him bark for awhile, as long as you don't overdo it.

This is a Beagle - they eat everything!  

Mine two Beagles used to chew sticks too, but they didnt actually 'eat' the bark, just ripped it off.  (They still eat everything that they can get into thier mouths!)

The only thing I ban from the house is the Christmas Ponsettia becuase those are poisionous.

As long as the dog isnt swallowing the tree bark , they should be fine...just make sure you can watch them.

My dogs eats everything. I swear he's part goat. I really have to keep an eye on him.
