  1. In order to do this on your own, you'd need to be officially emancipated which would make you a legal adult. Being considered a legal adult has many a downside so you really need to look into it, you'll want a lawyer. If you're lucky you occasionally find someone to do the work Pro Bono.

With parental consent or a court ruling usually around 16 is the earliest you could be emancipated. There are a few cases with younger people proving that they can truly handle themselves better without a parent. That is an *EXTREMELY* rare situation.

It would also help if you had a medical reason. You'd need to see a doctor and probably a psychologist. Then go through both school districts and a court.

  2. You have to have a parent to sign the papers. However if you get Emancipated you can do so for yourself before you are 18. I wouldn't suggest doing so though, It's not as much fun being grown up as you think when you are young! Enjoy your youth, it will be over before you know it!

  3. nope you will need a parent and to do it without then you have to be over 18!

  4. no...if the school did this without parental permission...they could be sued - they couldn't...nor wouldn't do it....but if you are unhappy darling...talk to your parents!

  5. any age
