IS IT POSSIBLE ???????

Question

when i found out i was pregnant i was with my babys daddy .and when i was 5 months pregnant we got in a fight i left him. after that he was really upset that i had walked out on him and he refused to talk to me.

my baby will be born this november we havent talked and he hasnt helped me out with nothing . my question is can he take the baby away from me ? is it possible for him to go to court and claim parental rights when he refused to help me ?

also we lived in texas but now am in california and he doesnt know this

In our country, Philippines, the mother has all the right to keep the baby or her child up to 7 years old.  And you are not married, so he really has no right to get your baby.  And besides he is irresponsible.  God bless.

Well you walked out on him and now what do you exspect from him? You live in another state and he doesn't know. And he has parental rights already for just biologically being the baby's dad. He could fight for custody but unless you are really unfit it would most likely be joint custody with you having primary care.

Yes that is possible. But he can only claim shared custody. Otherwise he would need a good reason like evidence that you are on drugs or abuse the baby. But if youre not doing anythign liek that, than he can only file for shared custody.

he has legal obligations by law .but how old are u ..???u should be more than ever  think to marry him ,and not  then leave him and dont tell him where u go .shame on u that baby should have his parents near him thats A BIG PROB HERE IN US .ppl love s*x but not family obligations after .in general.u are so inresposible.GOD BLESS BABY
