yep, he is leaving WWE because he is not happy about his announcing job on smackdown, and is tired of Vince, a friend of his says that he will be wrestling in TNA, following a schedule similar to sting.

I think that he will be a great fit to TNA, he could bring up ratings.

His contract expires on September the 1st but he has chosen not to renew it. He says that the announcing position wasn't doing it for him and he was given even less motivation to stay after Vince McMahon kept shouting at him over the microphone.

It is not ABSOLUTELY CERTAIN that he is going to TNA. He has considered it, but it has not yet been confirmed.

I think it's just a rumor. Or TNA really wants to get more veiwers and higher ratings.

Maybe. Its just been reported that he might. But nobody knows for sure. It wouldn't surprise me if he did go though. Vince was shouting down into his ear piece when Foley was doing the commentary on smackdown. I'm not surprised Foley wants to go to TNA after Vince treated him like c**p. Vince needs to be shown he cant treat respectable wrestlers like Mick like dirt and get away with it. And in TNA they get treated right and don't have idiots like Mr McMahon criticising them. I will miss him in the WWE *IF he does go. Were not as sure if he is going there. But after the way Vince has treated him i wouldn't be surprised if he went. He would be alot happier there too.
