IS IT true that many Indians break small laws in some or other way & don't get complained by???see more.?

Considering India IS IT true that many people break some laws in their life time perhaps which are small or of less severe nature ; for example: Traffic laws , Trespass, Bribery , Cyber laws, Disrespect of national anthem or flag, Cheating ,Copying in exams, Small theft, Defamation ,Electricity theft, Teasing or Molesting females,Child labour & Child marriage in rural places ........

knowingly or negligently or because of unawareness or circumstances and remain unnoticed ,uncomplained & unharmed????

IF yes; what do u think ; how many people of that kind are there in India?

Yes.  I am an Indian and I accept it.  It is because the Rulers are like that.  Corruption flows at the higher level in extreme level, so the population follows the foot prints.  As the Democracy is the people by the people for the people.  If public are corrupt, the Government is.  If the government is so people are like that.  This is the both sides of the coin.

In every country there are people who break small laws. Most people break a small law, whether they are aware of it or not. Just about every person I know who drives a car has had a speeding ticket at least once. By the way, molesting has a sexual connotation. In that context, in means sexual assault that does not extend to rape. I suspect you were unaware of this because you listed it as a minor crime and placed it with the word "teasing." The way you wrote it suggests you are not a native speaker of English so I decided against flaming you for listing it is a minor crime.

My experience with people from India is that they are extremely law abiding, much more do than in the United States.

I think that your premise is extremely flawed at best.

yes i am an indian and i accept it as funnyman said every one makes mistake but in india the population is large in amount and i dont say rural people cause these probs  but they are part of this and the officers are also not taking a serious action and of course we inside ourself should have the felling that we are doing a wrong matter . if each and every person thinks about himself the whole world will be in a rigth stage and indians dont break rules like what u told . but recently we had a rule that every one has to where a  helmet but no one followed and they used to throw the waste paper on the road but i guess india is developing and the youngsters of india will change the country .  i will tell u a fact that india was the richest country in the whole world till 1940 or something it became the poor country coz of the british who came to india and took every thing and also some muslim country if u have time, try to read about the india history it is  very intersting . but india was the richest country . i guess u know taj mahal it had lots of ruby ,emralds,sapphire,pearl,golds and lots but the british took them and lots of gold were hidden under gods statues   they were all looted by ghazni a afhan ruler. indian history is very nice and  a pity too .if u have time try to read about it          india was under british rule

Law breakers exist everywhere, in case of India the population being so large all numbers are large so even if a small fraction of this population breaks laws the numeric value will be real big.

Moral is , if you want to retain law and order keep a check on population growth.
