  1. All depends on:

    body type

    metabolism

    exercise

    diet

    and

    planning.

    --------------------------

But most women ive heard of only ave trouable getting that last 20-10lbs off.

I want a big chubby baby though :)

    ive gained 11lbs so far...30.6weeks! :)

  2. it really depends on the woman and how much you've gained- it was no problem for me, i have a high metabolsim, gained 26 pounds. breastfeeding also helps you lsoe weight as you burn on average and extra 500 calories a day just form nursing your baby- it helped me a lot and i now wiegh less than i did before i was pregnant

  3. It wasn't for me... and I didn't breastfeed.  I was back to my pre-pregnancy weight after 3 months.

  4. Depends on a few different factors...body type, metabolism, exercise, diet and your age...and if you breast feed, which takes 500 of your calories every single day! :))

Good luck with your baby and good luck on the weight loss too! :)

P.S. I don't care of judge people for not nursing...it just doesn't work for some people, I get that.  But if you do decide to nurse...there are other huge benefits...such as:

babies brain development (IQ tests of breast fed babies are higher!), increases score on tests of visual acuity, have a lower incidence of sudden infant death syndrome (SIDS), are less likely to suffer from infectious illnesses and their symptoms (e.g., diarrhea, ear infections, respiratory tract infections, meningitis), have a lower risk of the two most common inflammatory bowel diseases (Crohn’s disease, ulcerating colitis), suffer less often from some forms of cancer (e.g., Hodgkin’s disease, childhood leukemia), have a lower risk of juvenile onset diabetes, if they have a family history of the disease and are breastfed exclusively for at least 4 months, are significantly protected against asthma and eczema, if at risk for allergic disorders and exclusively breastfed for at least 4 months, may have a lower risk of obesity in childhood and in adolescence, have fewer cavities and are less likely to require braces.  I loved knowing all of this when I nursed, like I was going above and beyond to help her be smart and happy!  I also liked that I was doing my part to help keep her disease free.  :)

  5. it depends on how much you gained and how dedicated you are to eating well and your workout

  6. no its not... you loose 1000 calories a day when you breast feed!

    good luck
