  1. I wouldnt say that. Its just Rafa has got better and Federer well he has stayed the same lol he needs to improve :O

  2. without a doubt

  3. yes

  4. well i'd be lying if i say no - however having said that , he remains d best in d world , still a rung above nadal . As true tennis fans , we gotta realise dt fedex dominated d world of tennis for 4-5 yrs , a period where he was fitter and stronger . Now at 27 , his best is not behind him , but i wud say dat he has become a lil bit vulnerable early in a set , especially when he decides to stay at d baseline . We've gotta accept d fact dat rafa is only gonna get better n if u see closely , federer's era of domination also started around d same age . Rafa is strong and has enormous control over his backhand , but it wud be interesting 2 see whether he does well at d us open or com[placency wud get d better of him n fedex - like a true champion wud emerge victorious

Bottom Line - Federer not invincible , but still d best !!!

  5. no, i think he's just hit a rut.

sooner or later he will have to win....losing is not federer.

  6. no he does not his main problem is one named rafael nadal

  7. Not yet. Nadal is still busy  with his itching  "backyard." hahaha

  8. No. He just ran into a wall named Rafa.

He made it to the finals of the last two slams. Who else has done that besides Nadal?

He would have at least 16 slams now if it weren't for Nadal.

He's still playing very well. It's just that there's another great player out there now that can actually challenge his game.

  9. 1 win or 1 defeat will not finalize a Champion's performance.

  10. yep.

  11. no hes just in a slump

  12. No? Why? Because he barely lost Wimbledon? Not a chance.

  13. Every player has their ups and downs, i think he's just having one of those down moments.

  14. I don't think his days of winning are over, but his invicible shield no longer exists.  His days of complete dominance of the field have passed, no question.  Before the last few years, players would go into a match with Federer having absolutely no belief that they could win, and that's just not true anymore.  The reason Andy Roddick could never beat Federer is because he didn't have the belief.  Nadal, Djokovic, and Safin to a degree aren't afraid of Federer.  They go into every match against him knowing that they will win.  I think Nadal definitely put the final nail in the Federer dominance coffin.  Nadal is definitely inside of Roger's head.  People can blame an early year sickness if they want, but the truth of the matter is that Nadal has improved drastically, while Federer has not.  More than likely Fed will win another Slam, heck maybe two or three, but I just don't think we will ever return to the days of starting off every year thinking this will be the year that Fed gets his Grand Slam.  It's just not happening.

  15. no he isnt. Hes just stumbled across a couple of weaknesses he didnt know he had. The first, not being able to continue long rallies (hes used to winning quick points). Second, how to not psyche himself out when playing players who play clay court style tennis (very high heavy top spin shots, especially to his backhand). He is so used to attacking the ball that he doesn t know when to back off and wait.  I give him 6 months and he will be back on top. Perhaps his style will look a little different (part. his back hand), but he will be back. To be no 1 for so long, he must have a decent learning curve.

  16. Well...again judging from this yr's performances, Federer's results has certainly shown he has decreased in how much he easily beats opponents.

We can see though, that he has been improving since the start of the yr. Nadal has been the real cause for questions on Federer's days of dominance coming to an end. Nadal has challeneged Federer to the max as he has been recovering from his sickness at the start of the yr. Nadal has always dominated Federer on clay, so that can be slightly overlooked, but the Wimbledon victory is what stands out. Federer will bounce back, I'm sure that Nadal loss would wake him up. And judging from Federer's performance at Wimbledon, he is soon coming back to full form, so expect better things.

  17. nope...

  18. yeah i think so hes losing against everybody...Oo
