IM REALLY WORRIED IF THE WORLD ENDS IN 2012 AND MY FAMILY ISNT QUITE SURE EITHER.

There is a positive way of looking at everything and I think it'll just be a different way of looking at things. I think it has everything to do with the increasing complexity of life, the Noosphere and the theory of Accelerating Change.

Hopefully it just means that people will realise that race, gender and religion aside we are the same people with the same aspirations for life.

this doesn't simply mean the world will end, it is the end of this era and the begging or a new era. It possibly means that the world of war might end and the new world of peace will begin. But no one knows whats going to happen to us and the world. Don't worry about it!!!! some people just say this to make people get scared to make us do what they want. Anyways we do not know yet we will know what will happen when it happens it might not be that big of a thing but i highly don't think nothing bad will happen. don't worry

This stuff is all lies and fraud to get people buying faked up books, videos, watching nonsense shows on TV and directing traffic to fraudulent websites.

Pole shifts - no, not a chance. The Earth’s axis of rotation is stabilised by the Moon’s gravity.

Magnetic poles flip - no, they will just keep moving as usual. They are likely to change ends at some time in the geologically near future but it will take hundreds to thousands of years to happen. Meanwhile, the magnetic field will not disappear, but it will probably get more complex.

If you believe the Bible, then it says that "no one will know the day or year."  So why worry about it ending in 2012?  why that year?  No one knows the year.

But I believe there will be things happening first.  The gospel of Jesus Christ has to go to all the world.  Russia has opened up miraculously and the gospel of Jesus Christ is going into Russia and places where Communism rejected God.  However, there is still China and there is no proselyting in China.  Until the gospel gets into and to Chinese people, then it is not the end yet.  So 2008 is not the year.  Look for the signs of the times.  There are natural catastrophies in various places and those are signs of times.  There are wars in diverse places and those are signs of the times.  But there are many things that have not been accomplished yet.

Now the Lord could bring about those things quickly so we watch, but we are told that God does not bring a spirit of fear.  It is Satan who puts fear in our hearts.  He wants us to give up home and to think that all is lost.  It is not lost.  There are wonderful things going on and we have freedom to worship God as we please and that is good.  We have many blessings here, even more in the US than in many countries.  There may be parts of Africa whee the Gospel hasn't gone as well so the time is not yet.

The big thing is not what year but where we are in our lives.  Are  you ready in cse it would end in 2012 or any other year?  Have  you accepted the Lord?  Are you doing good to others?  Is there love in your family?  If  you ared doing those things and you have love in your family and you are helping other people, then you have little to fear.  

Don't worry.  Do positive things and read and study and be kind to others, but then put it in God's hands and trust him and don't worry.  Believe that it will be okay.
