okay so i've heard that if you have anxiety you shouldn't go on Birth Control because it will just make things worse..Is this true??

If so what pills won't make you more anxious?

Or what pills do?

I have severe anxiety problems, and i'm on birth control, to regulate my periods, and i've never had a problem with my anxiety because of them. but people are different, so it might affect you differently than me. Hope i helped!

I have anxiety and I was on Birth Control. Nothing happened. Birth control is for regulating hormones and stopping the release of mature eggs.

You can take medicine for anxiety too.
