  1. i have always been told that you should have a good big breakfast and then do your working out in the morning, that way you have a burst of energy for the day..it is supposed to be better for your body..that way when your body is getting into the whole calorie burning mode, that its not evening so then you dont go to bed, and cant sleep, because your body is ready to move. and if i go to the gym on an empty stomache it makes me sick, i cant do it.....hope i helped.


  2. no. if you don't eat you might get tired and not be able to do as hard of a workout. just eat something small, like a piece of fruit before morning exercise. after you exercise eat a healthy breakfast

  3. everyone will have their own opinion for this, my best result is eating something with protein in it like a boiled egg or two, then wait about 20 minutes before heading out to the gym (for me it's 6:30 a.m.). But I do feel more energetic throughout the day if I work out in the morning and it also puts me in a good mood.

  4. I don't know if it is scientifically proven but I feel better resulsts and i dont know why but I tend to work out alone(nobody watching) and you feel more awake during the day I like to go at 5am or 4:30

  6. WELL PEOPLE HAVE SAID THAT ITS BETTER BECAUSE YOU BEEN SLEEPING FOR 8 HOURS AND DONT HAVE ANY CARBS TO GET YOUR ENERGY FROM SO YOUR BODY SWITCHES AND GETS IT ENERGY FROM FAT. AND YOU BURN MORE BODY FAT. BUT TRY IT OUT AND SEE HOE YOU FEEL. MAKE SURE YOU DRINK ABOUT 1 GLASS OF WATER BEFORE GOING TO THE GYM. BUT IF YOUR GONNA GO WEIGHTLIFT I DONT RECOMMEND IT
