IS This a Legitimate Site to Buy Clothes From?

Hi I am going to buy over 400 dollars worth of clothes form this site and I wanted to know if this site is legit or a huge scam. They also have a 1800 number to contact them, but Im not sure if this is a legit site or not. Can somone read the private policy, and agreement and tell me if this site is legit or what?
