IS This a way to summon Destiny End Dragoon?

Question

FIRST LET ME INTRODUCE YOU TO THE EFFECTS OF THE CARDS I WILL USE FOR THE COMBO>

DESTINY END DRAGOON- LODT EN042

effect: "Destiny Hero - Plasma" "Destiny Hero - Dogma"

A Fusion Summon of this monster can only be conducted with the above Fusion Material Monsters. Once per turn, you can destroy 1 monster your opponent controls and inflict damage to your opponent equal to that its ATK. If you activate this effect you cannot conduct your Battle Phase that turn. During your Standby Phase, if this card is in your Graveyard, you can remove from play 1 "Destiny Hero" card from your Graveyard to Special Summon this card.

And Fusion Guard: DP04- EN030

This card can only be activated when an effect that inflicts damage is activated. Negate the activation and effect of that card and destroy it, then randomly choose 1 Fusion Monster from your Fusion Deck, and send it to the Graveyard.

Ok, so I activate Fusion Guard with ONLY Destiny End Dragoon in the fusion deck, say to negate the damage from Chaos emporer Dragon- Envoy Of The End so the dragoon goes to the graveyard, then if there is another destiny hero , e.g Diamond dude. I can remove it from play to summon the dragoon during my standby phase, right????. Can I also Premature or foolish burial on it????????

and also is there another way to send my dragoon to the graveyard without using fusion guard?

I'm not sure, sometimes when a card needs to be special summoned (I'm not sure if it's all the time) it cannot be brought back unless it was properly summoned to the field first. So you may want to look into that ruling a bit for your answer.

no i've looked this subject up since my friend is building a deck around it and no it doesn't work nethier does any other methoud or king of the swamp ect only thing that works is dogma + plasma or dogma or plasma + prisma or any other thing that can change its name to plasma or dogma

Do Destiny Draw and Fusion Guard. That will be a faster way.

i read about destiny end dragoon and you CANT summon it from the graveyard.
