The actual wrestling action and moves in-ring is all for real which is why the Superstars and Divas have all trained at wrestling school before WWE.It can be risky as John Cena, Mr Kennedy, Candice, Melina and Gregory Helms are all currentlty out injured.But the scripts, promos, in-ring segments and how the matches end are all scripted by Vince and the storyliners.

WWE stands for World Wrestling Entertainment.  Which means it is a show to entertain the fans.  The storylines, matches and outcomes of the matches are scripted but the wrestling is not.  There is no way you could fake half of those moves.
