IS a 3.5 GPA good enough to get a scholarship at the University of Houston (main campus)??

I went to their site and it didnt help... My sat score is 1030. 580 in math 450 in reading. I took the Sat II in Math lvl 1 and got a 610. I do alot of extracricullar activities..

Can I get a scholarship??

It is good, but you should have other attributes, such as extra curricular activities, volunteer and leadership work, etc. The more involvement with a cause you have, the greater you chances.
