  1. no not unless u live in a community property state,like texas or california.


  2. you are not responsible for any debt that you are not cosigned on (ie joint credit cards, mortgages, etc).  if it's a community property state the rules change.

  8. Yes. Whatever debt the husband was carrying when they married is the wife problem if he passes. When to people are married, they share everything. Even financial issues. The same thing goes for the husband two.
